Terms of use

Last updated 27 July 2026

Stocklight is currently in development. These terms apply to the app and website as they operate today.

Scope

These terms cover the Stocklight app and this website. By using either, you agree to them.

Licence

You may use Stocklight for personal or business purposes on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and the App Store terms under which it is distributed.

When Stocklight is downloaded from Apple’s App Store, Apple’s standard end-user licence agreement also applies. If these terms conflict with that agreement, the agreement controls to the extent required by Apple.

Your content

Your inventory data is yours. It is stored on your device, and the operator of Stocklight has no access to it.

Acceptable use

Do not use Stocklight to break the law, and do not attempt to interfere with the app or this site.

Purchases and billing

Paid features are sold through Apple and billed to your Apple Account. The app shows the price and billing period before you confirm a purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings. Deleting Stocklight does not cancel a subscription.

Availability and changes

Stocklight is in development. Features described on this site may change before release, and this site describes what the app does today rather than what is planned.

No warranty

Stocklight is provided as is and as available, without warranties to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for checking inventory records and exporting a copy when appropriate.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stocklight’s operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of Stocklight. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Third-party licences

This site sets type in Source Serif 4 and Inter, both used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1. The licence texts are published alongside the fonts.

Icons are from Lucide, used under the ISC licence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, without excluding consumer protections that apply where you live. The courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

Contact
